Here at Kanawha Valley Physical Therapy center most major insurances are accepted including but not limited to:

Billing is processed electronically so the turnaround time is usually no longer than 14 days when billing major insurance companies. If you have secondary and tertiary insurances those also are accepted, so we bill both insurances before sending the statement out to the patient for an accurate statement. Title XIX Waiver is also accepted for payment at our facilities as is private pay options.

Co pays are usually collected at the reception desk at the time of service, or in the case that co pay is not collected at the time of service then we generate monthly statements for billing purposes. We conveniently accept cash, checks and all major credit cards for payment options.
