THERAPY IS FU N, FROM START TO FINISH
Kanawha Valley Physical Therapy
Center (KVPTC) started with
the founder’s vision of
providing excellent physical
rehabilitation services in a
very relaxed, family oriented
and enjoyable environment. The
main Dunbar office opened its
doors in October 1995 to coincide
with the annual National Physical
Therapy Month celebration and
shortly thereafter the Hurricane
office opened in 1998.
The two centers are staffed
by Physical, Occupational, Speech
and Exercise therapists who
are extensively trained and
educated in the multi-faceted
aspects of out-patient rehabilitation
ranging from newborns to senior
adults and from common strains
and sprains to complex neuro-musculo-skeletal
and orthopedic disorders.
Each location is equipped with
state-of-the-art equipments,
which are upgraded and maintained
regularly, to enable the therapists
to treat/teach a wider spectrum
of dysfunctions and patient
populations.
At KVPTC we do not just see
and treat patients; We build
strong professional relationships
with each of our clients through
in-depth evaluation and education
of their conditions, frequent
reassessments of their goals
and needs, close attention to
their responses to treatments
and making each visit to our
therapy centers a truly comfortable
and enjoyable experience.
On behalf of all KVPTC employees
and staff, it is my pleasure
to invite you to visit us and
see why our clients refer their
friends and families to us.
You’ll agree that therapy
can be fun at KVPTC and can
reap
great results towards your recovery.
