Info for Caregivers:

Upon entering our facility you will need to alert our staff of your arrival by signing in at the front desk. You will need to present a copy of your up to date insurance information and pay any co-payment at this time. From there our staff will guide you to the proper therapy location.

Most Physical and Occupational therapy sessions last for 1 hour, Speech therapy sessions last for 30 minutes. Due to safety concerns we ask that parents and caregivers remain in the waiting room unless their presence is requested by the therapist. We ask that if you must leave the patient here for any reason you please advise the front desk of a contact number that you can be contacted at.

It is our office policy that 24 hour notice is given if you can not keep an appointment. There will be a $25.00 charge for all non-cancelled appointments.
